Ereka Says: Rehearsed Interviews?

I am so confused. As far as I’m concerned this episode spiraled out of control. So Vincent Pastore was a spy, then a double agent and finally just a quitter. Piers Morgan (pronounced Pierz) attempted sabotage (or was it espionage?) and ended up handing the women their first win. Donald Trump’s face after Vincent resigned was priceless... he seemed confused, as were we all.

One thing is clear: Pierzzzz is a royal pain and may go down as being more obnoxious than my dear friend Omarosa. Speaking of Omarosa, as a viewer I hate when I can tell a contestant is acting. This is supposed to be a reality television show, not a scripted drama. Her interviews are so rehearsed. During this episode I became very aware that most of the contestants are performers... unlike your average reality show contestant, they know how to work the cameras.

I’m not sure that there were any real business lessons in this episode? The girls clearly had a more eye catching display and had a very thought out concept. Hydra had a great slogan, an average campaign, knew how to talk dollars and cents with the executives but did not have the “wow” factor.

I do like the way Carol Alt led her team. Her conduct in the boardroom was extremely professional and she seemed to manage the huge personalities on her team.

So what’s next? I think it’s the beginning of the end for the men. I think either Nely Galan or Piers will be the next to go.

I was disappointed that Vincent resigned... Piers should have been and may have been fired for ethics... While I accept that dirty cheaters like him are out there in the business world, I can't believe Mr Trump would want such a snake as him around after his true colors had been exposed.

I forgot to mention... Baldwin is a spineless twit.

And, though overshadowed by the drama in the boardroom around the "execution" of the "rat", the ladies were awesome this week.

Peirs but Vincente in that unethical sitution. Frankly and honestly I wanted to Peirs Morgan fired for this unethical action. Becouse Pastore didn't have to leave. He was used. But when he resigned he felt it was the right thing to do. Now since I put myself virtually in the boardroom,I would Peirs more about the corporate esponiage and his motivations. Why did he set Vincent up? Believe me I would've been given bim the hard questions about sabatoge.
But anyway I was pleased to see the woman's team win and Carol Alt proved herself as a leader, despite all that happened. I smile when she told Donald that her charity money is going to her brother.
Nexe week things are going to be interesting becouse there's now consequences to what happen with Vincent Pastore. He was so cool.

Agreed... especially about Carol.

Next week will be interesting television when Peirs has to go back with the 2-against-1 split team after they've had some time to reconcile what we all witnessed in the boardroom this week. I think it will be fun to see this unravel!

the men will reconcile their differences easily...much more than the women do....they'll fracture again next week....as for peirs in this episode....he was the project manager that sent pastore out to spy...but pastore, if he was on the ethics train as he later claimed...would have not gone wit the plan from the start and they guys would have looked at him differently...he was too...way to soft for the mafia....busines is business...business is tough....business aint for pussies...
i'm out...

Back to what Steve said, I think the guys can get over it but Piers will become the mens' Omarosa: difficult to work with and destined to be fired.

And a big "thank you" to Lennox Lewis for calling Stephen Baldwin on his penchant for interrupting people mid-sentence. I was glad to see someone stand up to him without picking a fight. (It's interesting that it took one of the "big guys" to pull that off ...)

Vinny didn't quit, he was avoiding the embarassment of crying in public (Omarosa almost took advantage of the mommentum by "consoling" him with kind words). Once he recouped himself, and learned he should have fight, said wanted to stay... too late. Mr. Trump took advantage of his initial position, worked him out by not immediately accepting his resignation, made him look ridicule in front of the cameras. And let him go.
