I don't understand why Piers is currently second in the "who should be fired next poll". Obviously, Omarosa is the clear front runner.

Piers adds more creatively than everyone else with the exception of Trace Adkins.

Thus far we've seen very little from Carol Alt and Tito Ortiz. They add nothing creatively, and seem to spend their time on various tasks doing busy work.

See my comment in the other posting - Piers was the fool because as manager (not boss!!!) he should have managed the confrontation. As trump said, as a manager sometimes you have to work with difficult people.

Do you think his comments prior to the task about Omarosa were not played back to her? I'm sure interesting things are happening behind the scenes. Also, she knew that by setting dollars he was deliberately targetting her. What did he expect her to do?

Trump is looking for a manager, not an idea man. There are a million people with bright ideas, but it takes a good manager to run a team that will bring that idea to fruition. A manager should be able to ignore and rise above personalities and handle problems with his group.

A manager should also be careful what they say publicly about people they may have to work with - but that wouldn't make for good reality TV, would it?
